I am a mom, a wife, a creative professional, and a student. When I’m not biting off more than I can chew—then chewing it anyway (LOL)—I’m enjoying time with my family, lifting heavy things and staying active, buying things on Amazon that I don’t need, enjoying a margarita on my back porch, and endlessly adding to my never-ending house projects to-do list.  

I graduated from Florida State University in 2006 with a BA in Studio Art, with an emphasis in Graphic Design. I worked in television/broadcast design for almost 10 years, where I learned After Effects and how to make things move. In 2015, I transitioned to corporate America, where I introduced Motion Design to our small design team.  

Fast forward to 2024, and I decided to put my learning cap back on and pursue my MA in Motion Media Design from SCAD. My goal–to take my skills to the next level while staying relevant as a designer and keeping up with technological trends.

The experience so far has been wonderfully fulfilling, inspiring, and challenging.  I will continue juggling all the things—working, learning, being a mom, and making time for self-care—all while pushing myself to grow. My eyes and ears are forever open to new opportunities.
